How do I subscribe?
Select the 'Subscribe & Save 20%' option on the product page. Choose how frequently you would like your item to be delivered. Click the 'Add to Basket' button and checkout.
How do I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription anytime from your Account. Here you can add or remove products from your subscription, update your delivery schedule or change your address and details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account.
How frequently will I get deliveries?
When subscribing to any product, you can choose from either one, two or three-monthly intervals.
Can I have multiple subscriptions?
Yes, you can have as many subscriptions as you like. You can also choose different delivery frequencies for each product, however we recommend aligning them to avoid paying for delivery if your split order is under the free delivery threshold of £25.
