Northern Ireland Orders: Due to current shipping and regulatory restrictions, wholesale orders dispatched to Northern Ireland cannot be processed. Orders can only be supplied on an Ex Works (EXW) collection basis following discussion and agreement with the Pets Purest team. If your business is based in Northern Ireland, please contact us at support@petspurest.com to discuss available options before placing an order.
How to create your account
Please note that all accounts are reviewed before activation, this may take between 3-5 days.
1. Register for your trade account below. Please include as many details as possible including where and how you intend to sell our products.
2. We will review your account and if criteria is met you will receive an email letting you know your account has been activated.
Once your account is activated you can log in and see trade prices. You can place orders and pay directly through the website.

Why are wholesale prices not showing?

Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT will be added at checkout. For VAT exempt orders please email support@petspurest.com
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We have a minimum order value of £100.00 excluding VAT. This can be mixed and matched between any products.
How much does UK Shipping cost?
All trade orders include FREE UK Delivery
Can I place an order if I'm outside of the UK?
Yes, you can order even if you're outside the UK. We operate on an Ex Works (EXW) basis, which means you are responsible for arranging collection and shipping from our premises, as well as handling any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in your destination country.

Can I pay via your website?
Yes, you can create your order and pay directly through the website
Can I sell your items on Amazon?
Unfortunately we do not allow resale of our items on Amazon.
Can I sell your items on Ebay?
Unfortunately we do not allow resale of our items on Ebay.
Can I sell your items on TikTok Shop?
Unfortunately we do not allow resale of our items on TikTok Shop.
Can I return my items?
Yes, you are able to return any unused and unopened items as long as they are in saleable condition. You must return these at your own expense and there will be a returns processing fee which will be deducted from your refund. This fee depends on the size of your order and will be confirmed before your return.
