Once approved, trade customers can access wholesale pricing, place orders directly through our website and manage everything easily through their online account.
Marketplace Resale Policy
Please note that we do not allow resale of Pets Purest products on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop or OnBuy.
How to Create Your Trade Account
Applying for a trade account is simple. Complete our registration form and include as much detail as possible about your business, including where and how you intend to sell Pets Purest products.
All trade account applications are reviewed before activation. This usually takes 3–5 working days.
If your application is approved, you’ll receive an activation link by email. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Once your account has been activated, trade pricing will be applied automatically.
Ordering Online
Once your account is active, simply log in to view your trade pricing.
You can browse products, place orders and pay directly through the website.
Our minimum trade order value is £100 excluding VAT, and products can be mixed and matched across the trade range.
Trade Delivery
All UK trade orders include free UK delivery.
For international trade orders, shipping is calculated after your order has been placed. Your order will remain pending and payment will not be taken immediately. We’ll then email you a separate invoice including the shipping cost, which can be paid once confirmed.

Yes, unused and unopened items can be returned as long as they are in a saleable condition.
Trade returns must be sent back at your own expense. A returns processing fee will be deducted from your refund, and the amount will depend on the size of your order. This fee will be confirmed before your return is processed.
